Lakeside Fun

We decided to go to the local lake today and have a picnic lunch. Sophie let us sleep until 8am, so we didn't get out there as early as I thought we would. There were a lot of people, but not so much that we couldn't enjoy ourselves. Sophie loved being in the water, but hated walking on the sand. It was funny watching her walk in the water because she would pick her feet up really high. We played in the sand then had some lunch before we headed home for a nap. We left at a good time as the line to get in was very long when we drove out.
